It has been a winding road of many paths, from the United States Marine Corps to dual bachelors degrees in cellular/molecular biology and media art and animation. I have an intense thirst for new things and experiences and I’m always looking to grow. Little did I know that one day all this would come together in the field of 3D art!
Being involved in both 3D animation and motion graphics has opened many doors for me to create work with fast paced motion and excitement but also to make more controlled, highly detailed educational pieces as well using programs such as Cinema 4D and After Effects. My background in Cellular/Molecular biology has pushed the main focus of my work to scientific animation, which can include educational, medical, and projects for broadcast; however, I also tap into my personal interest (such as hockey, renaissance and medieval history, and Star Wars) to create more playful and fun works.
